thank you very much for your reply, I just saw it ... I started to take maca yesterday, 500 mg of maca root in capsule, twice a day. I haven't noticed any change, I guess it's too early or dosage is too law. I do have periods of depression and anxiety but I hope maca won't make it worse.

The pills could be different from the powder, and like I said, most people have no issues with maca root. Let me know how it goes!

I'm currently taking:

A vegetarian multi vitamin
B Complex
Vitamin D
Krill Oil

I want to start taking a multivitamin everyday again. Are plain old One A Days okay or should I go to a vitamin store and get something super natural? Is there any difference? I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this!

due to the heat in Australia I have started taking Electrolytes with my mulitvitamin after my morning run.

Just discovered "nuun" as an alternative to berocca - so much less sugar, it doesn't taste like you are having a soft drink. I am very impressed

I'm looking for a good Omega 3 oil tablet and a multivitamin with iron but there are so many different types and different brands, I don't know which one to pick, how do you know if it's good or not?
