Kind of, she's an actress, Vidya Balan...but I'm not really sure how popular she is. She has a much more palatable style to me than most Indian actresses...who are are just gaudy and stylewise. She's really natural and wears beautiful handloom Indian saris.

Here's a picture of her with the designer of that sari, Sabyasachi. His work is pretty magnificent sometimes. Ok, end of my babbling.
