Can we talk about women's ankle boots instead/too?

I am seeing it so much more. I really hated the idea at first. Wearing an ankle boot with shorts or a skirt, I felt, would make the leg look shorter than it is.

But seeing it more and more often, I notice how cute it is!

Are Chelsea boots treated as ankle boots?
I like Chelsea boots! They look badass!
I wear them with suits, weekend casual getaways, parties etc.
