Caffeine, did you only try them on or did you buy them yourself? I'm just wondering if I should resell them right away or wait and try to break them in. But I'm not sure if they'll get comfier with wear at all.

^Velony, I just tried them on...twice. I could manage to stand in them but not walking in a normal way. I highly doubt that you can break them in due to the thickness of the front sole. I think that guessgirl has the same shoes and maybe you can pm her to see if the shoes will be broken in? Or sell them on ebay - they are pretty hot now aren't they? either way, I hope it works out for you!

Gucci group has strict factory contratcs and most of the time the factoried are their own. NO merchandise leaves their factories for sale to individula people without an upscale boutique for which the rep for that area checks out individually.

The person gets it from discount stock houses and outlets. I bought a few things and because I once worked for Gucci, knew how to read the label, some of the things were only made for their outlet asa friend of mine put the article number through the computer and out of our curiosity as the piece was neither in the look book nor their catalogues for anything bought for the N. America so she called the Gucci customer service (for Gucci boutiques), and found that it was an item produced for the outlets (to use up leftover fabric). So that is where they get the items, not from the factory. Took me a while to figure this out so hope it helps someone.

those shoes scare me. they are the exact pattern of a spider we have here.
although i think they look great with the dress which she pulled off awesomely

but the shoes alone with a blk dress or a white silk floaty number...

and they look way better pared down than as the runway boot version.

I completely agree oceanharlot...there is just too much print going on there, its one or the other! The toned down version of the shoe is so much better than the boots!!
