does anyone know who these boots are by? sorry about the small pic. it's an ad by refinery29 and vince, but I don't think vince makes shoes. would anyone know of similar styles? i think it's the perfect height. thanks.

I found these shoes on a Korean website. What brand of shoes are they modeled after? And how long ago did they come out? I'm supposing that the original models are ballerina-type flats with flats fronts like these. The one's below are a cheaper, no-name version...

mistress_f, thank you for your guess, I am getting crossed eye here from going through the 2011 collections @style.com, many designers, Marc Jacobs included, have sandals similar to these ones and the closest I got so far was Oscar de La Renta but it's also not it.
I still would love to find the exact ID for them.
