I think the Lanvin shoes might be my favorite for spring, partly because they are pretty unique, and wild, but I dont think they extend into stripper clear-heel territory, I think they look more like sculptures.

not to sound wierd, but I have this pair of shoes with a two and a half inch lift in the heel and they are the most comforatable thing ever.

and yes... they are mens shoes :P

As long as the span of the arch is well supported, they should be no less comfortable than any shoe of comparable height and pitch!

What i sometimes wonder is if people would still like them if they came from an unknown brand.
And if nobody would associate them to $700 worth.

i agree with the people who dislike them. i find them to be amongst the most hideous shoes ive ever seen

These shoes look more like an editorial piece rather than the shoes that I'd wear to the office everyday.

While they look hard to walk in.. they'd wear like any other platform shoe, so long as the shank in there is VERY STURDY.

those shoes, together with the shoes in the Marc Jacobs FW06 collection are the worst in 2006 ...
