Most comfortable elegant shoes?
My vote goes for Prada. They produce really comfortable shoes, unfortunately their shoes loose the shape pretty quickly.
Second best are Gucci in terms of comfort and durability

The worst - Moschino and Miu Miu - heels are put in such way that the center of one's weight is lost.

If we're talking about comfort and elegance....then a good quality pair of Repetto or French Sole ballet shoes gets my vote. I'm really not keen on those driving shoes that Tods, Gucci make......not my sort of thing at all.....

I think that high heels are never confortable but Prada's are not too terrible, also if I don't like Prada, I mean, too old style for me.

Oh, Chanel is great! I usually buy flats, but Chanel's high heel are really good.
