^The CLs are lovely - there's loads of knock offs on e-bay at the moment but the real thing.....yummy. Love the T-shirt

I agree with everyone else about the Vegas birthday outfit. You'll look fabulous.

I have those on pre-order, as well, and I'm dying to see them IRL.
I can't think of a better day or place to showcase those blinged out babies... Rip it up!

I'm looking for a pair of boots to wear with skinny pants/jeans and more importantly, A line mini skirt such as the one in picture #1. (style.com)

My ideal shoes are #2 (just the right height, the right heels, the right thickness of the platform etc), those Balenciaga pre-fall ones. But nobody seemed to carry them...so I need back up plans. (Balenciaga.com)

The rest shoes are:
Tod's (pic #3, 3 options) - from Tods.com
Marc by Marc Jacobs (the rest of the pics) - from shopbop.com

Which ones are the best? second and third choice?

caffeine, i think the marc by marc are the cutest, but to be honest not sophisticated enough for your personal style imo, the balenciagas are great too..

proenza schouler did a really gorgeous pair of lace up boots that i could see as being quite a good match with an a-line mini, perhaps check them out?

Thanks Cavanaugh and GG!

Cavanaugh, I have a pair of McQueen boots from last winter and I found the heels are not chunky enough...same feeling towards the Proenza Schouler and Versaces (although I really don't mind getting a pair of the Versaces...they are so classic!)

GG, the Marc shoes are actually black/dove grey. they are really sporty that's why I like them.

The Balenciaga are hands down my favorite but unfortunately none of the stores bought it...sigh...

dotz, even though you are taller I think something along the lines of this marni would be nice. thicker straps and a wood stacked heel.

caf, I thought these might work. they are fun but still very business-minded. also, the jil sander wedge from last year would look great with that skirt.

call mona moore they tend to buy a lot of the more unique balenciaga shoes. also doesn't the store have a list of who bought them, if not, ask if you can have the email address of the buying office to locate them. that has worked well for me in the past when I am trying to locate what store bought a particular item.
