I don't know. I think the look would be too much with a patent boot. I think my bag would look best with a hint of a patent leather toe peeking out from long slacks or jeans.

thanks. i was plannig on using it as a dayto evening coat. my peacoat is great for strolling the streets, but i could never go anyplace nice in it. the other coat is beaded, long, fur trim---soooo evening. this is the go btw.

i was thinking of getting high heeled boots to go with it in a bneutral tone (espresso brown) but i found a pair of really cute smoke blk riding boots. make i could buy a pairo f booties on the side and just rock that with it? i neverrealized till i saw this picture that pumps could work too...

Any kind of shoes, but only in neutral colours, the coat is already quite "rich".

I like the idea of thigh high boots also or an earthy green color sounds good to me.

What kind of look would you like to pull off with these?
I always think it's better to see what we've got in our wardrobes and then buy whatever accessories we have in mind. Most of times we end up buying useless items.

^Oh yeah thats a very good idea for those boots.

I think that the boots would add a nice masculine feel to a feminine dress.
