ok Sorry to be so broad... but I saw this girl wearing these black knee high boots, with a heel. They weren't slouchy but they looked like she was wearing knee high socks with it, but it was part of the boot. It was black and it looked like a knit material. About an inch of the knit material was showing. It looked SO good! Can anyone give me brands of boots that make this type of boot or point me in the right direction? I've tried googling but I can't find anything!

I recently bought a pair of Via Spiga "Mallory" over-the-knee riding boots at Bloomies. The Frye Paige boots are gorgeous as well.

These Sweet Life by Dolce Vita boots are cute and they're cheaper.

I'd go to DSW too because right now they've got cute Modern Vintage riding boots on sale (under $150 in grey and brown, but still $200 in black). I kind of want the black ones, but I'm going to wait to see if they're discounted an additional 30% as well.
