Got these Chloe boots from Saks last weekend...they're really beautiful, but I already have several pairs of knee high flat black boots...

So are they yay or nay?

miaou, I saw the exact same pair with a higher heel and a little platform which are really nice. Those look a little too tough for my taste. If you already have a couple of flat boots but like the style the heeled version might be an alternative.

miaou, they remind me of "eventing boots" which is a riding style that wears boots with a front zip. I love those and wouldnt care if I had a dozen tall black flat boots already, those would find a place in my wardrobe, they are fabulous. but, my tastes lean towards a tuff edge so....

miaou Nay from me. I like the ankle boot with heel version of those, but the ones you posted are just a little bit too tough for my taste.

Thanks for the input, everyone

I'm still undecided whether or not to keep them. I agree that they are quite tough looking, but I like this as it puts an instant edginess to my outfits.

Actually, they're very similar to the Frye Engineer boots (which are also significantly cheaper).

Only thing is, the inside of the Frye boots are unlined, and it rips up my tights / leggings after wearing them. I love the quality of the Chloe boots though, you can tell that they are very well made...

I am not sure quite where to post this, but any body looking for some vivien Westwood Sex shoes Hervia have one pair left on sale. They are white with 3 straps. Just incase any body was looking for a pair as i know that at one point there was talk about them.
