new york has had some interesting choices so far. it looks like sky high can go even higher... but they seem more rugged and less fragile this season.

the leopard are by donna karan. i also really like the black bootie by marc jacobs (#4 in post #1), they remind me of a shark fin, and also the clunky ones in post #2 by proenza schouler. they seem very easy to walk in since they are fairly level from front to back.

The Rodarte ones I love thigh high boots and those remind me of my all time favourites from Phi fw07 colection so, for me, impossible not to love!
