lelya, awesome post...that makes so much more sense now that I see how they work. kiddo, it appears that the the leather umbrella's are a collar that zip up and sit on the ankle. wierd concept but it's a fresh new direction for footwear, that's for sure.

i like the usuals, givenchy, balmain but balenciaga this season is rather ugly
the philip lim shoes this season are great too

I think it could possibly the alexander wang wedges or the demeulemeester heels.

Alarmingly enough, I am really liking these by Proenza Schouler...they look like something Ettore Sottsass could have designed for Memphis:

droogist, I agree! I love the shapes, they remind me a bit of the triangle heel that Chloe did last spring but I like these a lot better, especially the black and white.

I love lanvin and ysl! Louboutin is a given. There are already inspired cage booties out there. What was up with balenciaga? Maybe I just need to see them interpreted IRL
