This also ties well into the "soft bondage" trend.

But let's not forget that the loose silhouette (BCBG/Yigal/etc) is also still very popular.

I like the Zac Posen dress and the dresses from L'Wren Scott.

L'Wrent Scotts looks very good. I love the first dress a lot but the favourite would have to go to Herve Ledger. I like the gradient and the wrapping makes it all the more interesting. It still has the body bind effect but it's more subtle.

Narcisco Rodriguez designs are also very endearing! They've bold and still beautiful. Not a fan of the rest though. They look like tarty/trashy with the holes and cut outs, either that or they're just plain boring.

Designers should be officially BANNED from producing any of these fashions for sizes larger than 6 (us) or 10 (uk); and, even that is pushing it.

I can only see less than ...how shall I say... desirable looking bodies sporting these dresses at parties, or, even worse, on the street.

Mmmm I don't know about that. Sometimes I think those Herve Leger dresses look MUCH better on women with curves who are probably a size 6 or 8 US
