Zara has some short ones like around the elbow length, they are uber cool, i really like them a lot, i bet fw06.07 they'll go totally mainstream

capes are so gorgeous

...but i hope they don't become too mainstream. part of the reason i like them so much is because you don't see them everyday. it gives them a certain allure...
