I agree with several people that said that is okay when used as separates.. also the material makes a big difference. The ones from The Row with the drawstrings pants...painful.. ok be pjs.. but drawstrings is a no no in my book.. lol.. even loose clothes should have some sort of fit in my opinion
while i'm at, posting more awkwardly shot iphone photos. here's the thrifted Ellen Tracy one which is uber comfy and even has pockets! it has pastely, candy pink piping which helps break up the small black print. i normally just wear this with my black J Brand skinny jeans or my high waisted GAP ones in the pic.
I'd love to see how other people have styled this!
I like Thefrenchy's Hermès shirt, and ellastica's Ellen Tracy shirt, but as a trend, and especially with the two-piece ensembles, I don't think I've ever seen anything that screams "fashion victim!" quite so loudly.
I think this is one of those stupid things fashion generates. It would be great if you can see a pajama as somehting else, and add it to an outfit without it scraming I'M A PAJAMA, but the fact that brands make pajamas only so that followers wear them is really sad and not interesting in any way.
sell crazy some place else, we're all stocked up here.
