I agree. The style and shape of it is nice, but having pictures of Edie plastered all over your body just to achieve a "look" is going too far.

I would say Emilio Pucci almost captured the Chelsea girl in come of his Fall 2006 collection.

These are just some pictures that remind me of Chelsea Girls. They aren't all neccesarily part of that style, but I think they all have certain elements to them that capture that look.

it's an adorable look I'd like to see a new look other than have trends come back and be re-created like everyother year in the past 6-10 years. I love the whole Edie/Warhol style it's very unique. If there had to be any look I'd love to re-create this would be it.

Me!! I liked Sienna, the boho style, that 70's influence and then Edie and (always) the 70's NY influence and now it overused and, if I can say, no more original.
Maybe I'm snob but I don't like wear things that people without any fashion culture and/or personal style wear just beacuse it's a trend.
I've worked out my boho in this spontaneously and now...

Do you mean how do you were this style in spring and summer? I think that short mod skirts and jumpers would work for those seasons. I don't reall know other than that though. It would be nice if anyone else knew.

I love this look so much. about summer, I'd assume to wear the dresses or skirts like she says above! Even a lot of the layered looks appear to be of quite thin material All in all a very pretty and feminine look imo without being over the top.

What are 10 words, could be pieces or feelings that describe this look? I feel like I know it, but then as the pictures were posted, it through me off?
Do you think it will be major in Fall 07?

i like this look

but problem is its on its way to trend overkill and by august people will be fed up of all things eddie and mod . too many prison stripe shirt and knee leggings .
