Clothes of the Future: a fashion forecast from 1930

I apologize in advance if this post finds itself in an ill-fitting forum; mods, please feel free to move it if you find something more suitable!

Here is an interesting, sort of funny video from the 1930's in which they predict what the fashions for "Eve" (read: women) of 2000 will be like:

Wow, that spiral zipper dress was extremely forward!!!!

It predated what Rudi Gernreich did by at least 25 years, and what designers like Mugler and Alaia did by probably 45 years.

netting to er probally attract the make .. had me in stitches haha and the "candy for cuties!" hahaha

and the heals on the shoes are so like the "No heal shoes" atm

the big hair reminds me of amy winehouse lol
