and well, i enjoyed center stage too but could you stomach the final performance?? (or am i mixing this up with another film?)

do you think maybe people will start wearing actual ballet slippers out? i am an ex dancer due to a knee injury i have stopped dancing but i continue to wear my ballet slippers out as i find them very comfortable.what do you girls think?

Kinda off-topic, but I feel the need to share anyway .... the Ballet Mistress from "The Company", Char is really Charthel Arthur playing herself. She was my teacher for about 6 years.

I used to dance and I think it's funny that people wear ballet slipper-inspired shoes (even I have some) for flats since flats are more comfortable... dance shoes are NOT comfortable, the ones I had... and I never even got en pointe so I didn't have toe shoes.

I've seen it already - I knew a girl who wore her slippers (i.e. the ones with soft leather soles) out, regardless of the weather. I have a pair that I wear inside, but I think it might feel weird to wear them outside on the pavement...

I love the pics from German Vogue, especially the second. Thanks Ms. Anna Karina! The shapes are extraordinary. The knee socks remind me of Irish dancing a bit, even.
