Anyone know where I can get ahold of the "drop crotch" pants for men? Perhaps in a sweat pants kind of material? I remember Urban Outfitters had a few and they were off the rack in literally, a day.

Take a look at http://www.emantra.biz or http://www.bolinat.com. On these sites the pants are called 'aladdin pants'. I have a few of these pants and they are great!

to make them look good, they have to be perfectly ironed so the pleats look good...and the shorter you are ( I'm not that tall either) the higher the crotch or the pants have to be, and neither wear them with boots as high as in the pics but with some like the first pair in this pic




or some other high tops could work.

oh another tip...if you're short don't wear a belt it slice your figure in two parts and makes you look shorter...but there's no reason short people couldnt' wear them.

Personally I'm thinking on wearing them with sandals...yeah I will.

I don't think the look could be silly well executed, It can be a great look imho...not like those guys that wear jeans as drop crotch pants, that looks silly and they look shorter.

Drop crotch does not look good at all which goes for both men and women.
It could even constrict your movement.
