Ear Flap Hats Replace Trucker Hats

I just saw on today show or early show that ear flap knit hats will replace trucker hats in 2004, they said trucker hats are officially out!!!! but these ear flap hats aren't those plaid, old man, fishing hats, they're more elegant, knit, and the flaps are very long. tell me what you think.

I think that they're almost as silly as trucker hats...

Traditional hats, berets and limo-driver/Galliano hats are the only ones for me...and those cool Jamaican hats (but not the ones with the Jamaican flag colours).

not sure if those will be a replacement for trucker hats but they sure are hot over here, mainly in cordroy velvet (outside) and fluffy fake fur inside.
I also saw a VERY cute colour stripped knit flop ears hat from Paul Frank, with a sweet pompom on top, i very much prefer the cord/velvet/fur version though.

Sorry I have no pics of the actual style but its quite popular and somehow very cool

I actually hate those hats... :P (the ear flap ones)

I never wear hats, but I think it's going to be a good relief seeing less trucker hats on the streets (but I bet it's gonna take some time because where I live, people that got them still think it's "cool").

Sounds fun.... ill have to go out and see if I can find a really cool one ... hopefully it won't get as big as the trucker hat ordeal

absolutely, since they are less 'easy' hat to wear

btw, Zara europe stocks some very cute ones and at 19euros they are flying out of the stores

I hate the ear flap hats. Reminds me of Fargo. If trucker hats have got to go, let them be replaced by something more classic, instead of a hat that is even more ridiculous.

I like them, btu they are not "cool" to me, more just for fun and beging silly
