^ It's the same for me. I don't know why you would want to wear glasses if you don't need them. I find mine very annoying. But hey they can make great accessories.

I have to agree with your last sentence...but sometimes I just wish I wouldn't wake up in the mornings seeing the world through a blur

I actually do wear "real" glasses. It's for astigmatism, but I don't really need them because I get along fine without them. I also don't like my glasses because they make marks on my nose (between the eyes) and they're heavy and slide...

Even if I had "fake" glasses, I wouldn't mind because I feel secure behind them... like I am hiding.

Vintageamour, your image has been removed because of an invalid source. Please see TFS Guidelines to learn more about it. sorry and thank you.

would you consider these to be geek glasses? because i think ashley makes them look very chic, and i'd actually like to get a pair. ( i usually wear contacts).

That man that libby_bee's posted looks like your face shape. Maybe you could try glasses like that. I'm sure geek glasses come in different shapes and sizes... I'm sure the only thing to remember is that they should at least keep you looking like a geek
You might also be able to pull off the John Lennon look with your face. He has kind of small "granny" glasses.

^i'd like to find out too... i'd also like to know if you can get them online with paypal!!

you can also try vintage item shops, if you have those there. these were the kinds of glasses available/popular then (maybe 1950, 60...). i always see it in old movies.

My goatee's kind-of messy in this pic, but oh well...

I had a similar pair 3 years ago, but they weren't quite as severely angular. These frames are INHouse A-1477 TCA801's. With glasses, I've usually been about a year ahead (but not right now) and a couple of my pairs in the 90's I was 2 years ahead. My clothing may not be stylish, but.....

My next pair will be plastic but very tiny completely round frames, in black. EDIT: I haven't found them yet, but when I do...
