Headgear S/S 07
At Lena's suggestion I'm making a thread for all of the headgear popping up on the runways. The biggest trend is headwraps/turbans, but there are plenty of other variations.

Anna Sui

Biba

Giles

Marc Jacobs

Moschino

Pollini

Prada

Ralph Lauren

I found out and I think the head gear trend started with Dior's FW06. Everyone had a bandana!

i love it!.
i'd probably feel just silly by wearing something that's not a regular hat on my head but i just like seeing it on the runway.

I agree Mullet, I don't know how I'd feel if people start wearing stuff like this, but it adds something very chic and whimsical to the presentation.

I'd really like to see someone make this whole turban trend look fashionable. Props to whoever can. The whole Bandana look to me is so juvenile. I would have been much happier with barrets or even newboy caps coming back.

The way Mischa is wearing it actually looks kinda cute. It's a very youthful look I couldn't imagine anyone past their twenties trying it.

my fave is Hamish Morrow and in general i really love this trend too much

unfortunately we may be able to pull this off mainly in parties or social occasions but what Hamish did could almost be worn in my work

i've been sporting big and loud barettes already

(spike thanks for the 'repost' here and please ..ignore my PM, i didnt see you had already started the thread)
