Does anyone know if Loomstate denim is sweatshop free/fair trade?

Thought I'd bump this thread with this Oscar de La Renta organic ball gown "made from eco-friendly hemp and Ingeo, a fiber woven from corn." It's probably just a token gesture on the part of the company, but still, I was pleasantly surprised to see it.
