That article was kind of strange; the girls look more 'visual kei' than emo, and the text referenced a bunch of bands like The Smiths, The Cure, etc. which might have influenced emo, but that emo listeners today don't know or care much about. I mean, I really don't like emo, but I kind of enjoyed the article, so something was definitely wrong.

The Gothic exhibition at the FIT museum has alot of these pieces on display.. It was jaw dropping. I'm going to see it again.

Yes, the FIT exhibit is amazing. I, too, plan to visit it again.
If I am able to, I plan to photograph my favorite designers' contributions: Rick Owens, Rodarte, Undercover, Thierry Mugler, McQueen, and CDG all are prominently featured.

Be sure to do it on the DL because it is forbidden!! I'm going to try to sneak in pics myself because the exhibition was truly breathtaking.
