to me wayfarers are more 60's and 80's, not 90's. The one cory is wearing are a bit more 90's imo, almost like when you would get big black sunglasses with fluorescent frames from the gas station for like two bucks (or was that just me?!) but wayfarers are different
i like this style of sunnies- used to wear them as a kid- would take my mom's off her dresser and go scamper around the neighborhood in them.
still love 'em- but i'm not sure I will be wearing them anytime soon though (hate to say this- but i hate just about everything about "the scene" and seeing those cory-girl pics... immediately seems passe in my mind now... )

I don't think this is particularly a trend waiting to happen and explode on the rest of America but it is DEFINITELY going to be a trend among scenesters. I was going to buy a pair before I even knew they had a name.
What size is Kirsten wearing? I'm asking because apparently you can order the regular sized ones or the extra large. I just wanted to see what the big difference was because 4mm difference on each lens means nothing to me.
I guess one could find a decent pair if they really looked. I like that it's different... but I dont know if they would actually look good on me... guess I will just have to try some on to be able to tell clearly.
I bought a pair of black sunglasses for about 2 years ago at H&M, hoping they would fit in the plastic sunglasses trend. But they look like wayfers, so they mabey can be used again with wayfers trend in mind.
But I've comed to like pilot's again. Well kinda pilot's.
It's interesting to see how many people think of them as 90's....because to me, wayfarers are always bob dylan and I can't look at them without thinking of him. Definately hope to find some soon to wear
