I think oversized everything is the key for F/W this year. But I do think these sweater dresses are about the comfiest/easiest things to wear. I would wanna wear them super slouchy maybe with a very deep v-neck, or a very dramatic slouchy cowl neck.

Not of fan of the knit oversized sweaterdresses... looks too bulky.... it needs to be done in lightweight fabric...

^Yes I agree....a thin silk knit or jersey fabric would be better alternatives...

that's just what they look like to me...

and i'm not saying that is a bad thing necessarily...
just an observation...

I really dislike the big cableknit jumper by sportmax in the first post...it has the texture and is about as flattering... as a toilet mat.

Some of these can look quite elegant if done properly...the thinner jersey knits. I couldn't get away with this though...I think it needs to be done on a very slim frame...or you will end up looking completely 'potato-sackish' and frumpy.

It just looks like when girls wear their boyfriends jumpers...

Love this look as well, but probably looks best on the long and lean, as the proportions/fabrics can be a little bulky for fuller figures...but then again, what doesn't look good when you're tall and skinny?!

I have one by Karoo that I got at Intermix in NY. I saw Jamie Siegler wearing the same one on the Isaac show yesterday. I should probably put it away now!

I love this look a lot, especially in the finer fabrics. Im jsut really sick of the stripey jumper dresses though, they have been done to death
