Hey! I was raised and lived in the San Fernando Valley! I totally love that link! You can take a valley girl out of the valley but not the other way around, IMO.

I went to Oxnard St. School, Sun Valley Jr. High and N.H.H.S.

I often wonder what happened to some of the kids from back then. Classmates.com is pretty helpful. Never went to any of the reunions, though.

I'll check that site out and see what's new and stuff. Keep posting stuff about the valley. It's my alternate universe right now.

People's perceptions of the Valley and what Valley people talk like is so . It's actually not like that at all, overly exaggerated in my opinion. Everyone who lives in the LA area knows. The shopping in the valley is not bad, "Ventura Blvd". Other than that I see no other reason to visit the Valley.
