I'm holding thumbs this trend will translate further into the women's ready-to-wear as well. There was a fair amount of velvet last season, especially by the likes of Gucci and Dior, so I would love to see a continuation of that trend.

^Me too. I loved how Tom Ford re-interpreted a velvet suit for Women over the years... Just his interpretation stuck out the most in my head.

I usually don't like suits...and i still don't like it, even if it's velvet ! i don't like this material because even if we see it everywhere, i still think it looks old fashion
