I think she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award.
Of course that is the most casual red carpet of awards season and I was hoping to see her in a gown.

She wasn't nominated for the Independent Spirit Awards, either.
Why do they keep shutting her out like this? And as much as I love Emily Blunt, she's given better performances. I have a feeling they mixed up the two girls' names.

I agree!
I saw the film yesterday, and to be honest, Abbie's last few scenes REALLY should have sealed the deal re: ANY nominations. They were incredible.
I've also seen The Young Victoria, and as much as I love Emily Blunt also, I don't think her performance was better than Abbie's.
It's difficult to compare like this...as they're both great. But i'm about 99% sure that SOMEONE in those lists of nominees is pretty lucky to be there in Abbie's place.
I just hope she pulls off a fluke Oscar nomination. Long shot, but fingers crossed.
^I could not agree more, do you think there are some other underlying issues working against her (the whole she broke up the marriage of Reese and Ryan thing)?
Her preformance is far superior to that of Emily Blunt and I love Emily Blunt.
Abbie is the new face of Toni Maticevski's label! I'm assuming it's the A/W '10 campaign.
For those unfamiliar with the Aussie designer, he is the creator of the purple gown she wore to the Cannes Film Festival.
I believe they're also quite good friends.
