i'm not sure what to think of her-and i really, really don't like what she said about shah rukh khan, it was rude, and she was obviously very bitter. That said, she is stunning, but i still prefer kajol.

who/what is sha rukh khan? and what did she say? and who is kajol?

Sharukh khan is co - star of many movies he and Aish acted in for example Devdas.

Kajol is another very famous actress in bollywood,she's very good as an actress might i say.

Basically Ash was meant to be in the film "Chalte Chalte" with Shahrukh. But for some reason Shahrukh dropped her from the film (he was producing it) and replaced her with another actress, Rani Mukherji. (who is absolute crap). Anyway, "Chalte Chalte" went on to be a major hit at the box office-which did not go down to well with Ash, obviously. In an interview with a magazine she said something like, "shahrukh is excellent as a proffessional but he is lacking as a person" or something along those lines. Anyway when shahrukh was asked about it he was like "if she said it, i probably gave her reason to, blah blah" which made him seem like the better person in the whole situation. That boy sure knows his PR. Anyway, very unlikely they will work together again, which does not look good for her career, as any film with him in it is more or less guaranteed a hit. No big deal, but the media had a field day with the public fall out.

She is a south Indian, from Mangalore. She has got green eyes and she is not so very fair more like tanned. Do you know, when she entered the Miss India contest, 50 other contestants withdrew their application for that year. However she came in second, Susmita Sen won the title. Hence Susmita presented India for Miss World and Aishwarya for Miss Universe and both of them won the titles.

Someone recently told me that her father was British? Personally I have always thought she was full Indian but someone said they read her father was British and she kept her Indian name.... I'm pretty sure that's not true.

Anyways, she's lovely but have heard negative reports about her. Oh well, as long as I can enjoy her on screen, I suppose it doesn't matter. Look forward to seeing Bride and Brejudice, it's suppose to be a good one, with the same director as Bend it like Beckham.
