I think they all look great!
My cousin works in the entertainment industry in Asia. She said most Asian stylists' bibles are Europen and American fashion magazines and tabloid magazines. Japanese celebrities are styled better and are copied by other Asian celebrities, though. It's a fact well known.

Many fashion boutiques in Asia use tabloid magazines' celebrity photos to appeal to customers, ignoring product's unique beauty.

hey is that really true? thats what my mom said too but then again ppl in asia copy japanese style. and that the Japanese copy the americans. so... im all confused. i remember i went back to taiwan one summer, brought tons of clothes and end up not wearing any of em. cuz they are too "fobby" in america. lol what a waste.

So true! I had the same problem!
Many people worship Western brands, like Gap, Banana Repulic, Abercrombie & Fitch...You can even find counterfeits of these brands.
Sorry, off topic...

i'm sure it works both ways, the japanese certainly take western influence, but they also influence the west too, Tokyo IS a major fashion city in the world. When I went there, I went in to the Gap and found it was totally different clothes than you would find here, they had created a version of Gap just to suit the Japanese style since it was so different from the west. And this is not to say that big western brands do not take from Asian and European styles either..especially America.
