She's indeed not doing the Awards round this year, because she's doing a play in Sydney at the moment, 'War of the Roses'.

I saw "The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button", which was released here on Friday, at the movies last night and both Brad Pitt's and Cate's performances were absolutely stunning!
And I think she looked quite beautiful with the red hair she has in the film.

I highly recommend watching this film! It's brilliant!

oh yes Button was a brilliant film.
Cate and Brad has such chemistry (in Babel too) that i wish they do a movie together again.

unofficial: Cate bought the rights to the novel Cancer Vixen a true story. cross between Sex in the City and cancer. sounds a bit morbidly odd but i think it's comedy-drama. with Cate hoping to hold on to the lead it should be good. anything Cate does is good. she's a brilliant actress. She's an actor's actor.

cate was beyond gorgeous in her character's youth in benjamin button. i loved her wardrobe in the film as well. does anyone know if they used anything besides makeup to make her look so young in the film? she was flawless.

Yeh i talked to my boyfriend, who does film, about it because i couldnt believe how perfect and young she looked. They super imposed her head onto a younger girls body and they use an airbrushing technique.. apparently they use it on a few tv shows as well.. so basically the perfection is totally fake ( not to say cate is perfect anyway but that flawless complexion thing is fake)
