Hate that she matched the hat and shoes like that.

I think the look with the salmon jeans was one of the best shes looked. She is much better at being sporty isn't she.

Not sure about these two colors together, but I really like to seeing her with hats and the dress is nice.
She should be more bold regarding the shoes she wears

she's wearing the same type of dress/coat (whatever it is) over and over again, it's just beyond boring. I can imagine that every designer in the country is sending her dress samples, why not pick something new and exciting instead?

Well, I guess I have to be the voice of dissent. I don't mind coat dresses, and I like that the color is not one of her usual choices.

I like very much her style and green is perfect on her.
Green colour is the appropiate choice for St. Patrick day !!

Green is a fitting colour since it was St.Patrick's Day, but something seems off about the outfit, I think maybe it's the hat or that weird green plant attached to the coat.

^I think she had to wear that clover plant pin... if you notice the men in military regalia are also wearing something similar. I'm not familiar with this custom but I'm guessing she wore it out of respect for the Irish. I don't hate this outfit but I'm not a fan of it. I love the hat and I love the jacket. Just not the two of them together. It might have looked a bit better with a black hat/and shoes or something.

Green is generally an ugly colour. I barely see anyone look good in it. A good example is Julianne Moore's recent Tom Ford dress. Green is just one of those excessively comical colours. I dunno, just my opinion.

Well, it was the day for it, being St Patrick's and all... for a while, I went to a school - called Princess Gardens - with a uniform that was brown and green, so I'm immune to the sight of that colour combination.

The best thing about those photos is the giant dog. Is it an Irish Wolfhound?
There was an article in The Independent about how Kate may have been influenced by Vogue to choose that designer since a writer once wrote that Emilia Wickstead was classy and the perfect choice for a Duchess. It's the usual sort of fluff that you'd find in The Independent sadly.
