it looks way better with the scarf and without the wrap, i just don't get how would you wear an outfit to visit a swimming pool , then the same outfit to meet a president , it seems that she was in a hurry!

Not liking these two outfits at all. The first one is like "are you going on a safari? or are you a princess?" the other looks like something a librarian would wear. And what is with the sunglasses on top of her head? Doesn't she have someone to hold onto those for her by now. I like the anniversary picture, she looks gorgeous there.
