i think it was on one of the do's and don'ts videos
where she says

they did a good job of making her look like a completely different person

^^why did they do that???????????? She reminds me of Raquel Zimmerman. She looks good but nothing like herself...that´s so sad because she´s got something so special about her, but that´s totally lost in that picture.
