IMO, she wore this better than Sienna and Kate. Kate kept it simple and chic, Sienna wore too much with it, but Chloe looks lovely.

i don't know why you use the word offensive as i neither criticize her nor her fans as person. often time i read her fans' comments like " oh, that stuff is ridiculous. i wouldn't even wear it myself. but she's Chloe, she sure can pull it off" and something like that. that lead (or mislead?) me to think only her fans are tolerant of her in weird clothes. however if you feel my comments make you uncomfortable i apologize.

^ Thanks. It definitely looks best on Chloe. Kate wore it pretty well, but I would have liked it better if the top had been tucked in. I dislike Sienna's whole look.
