Her style is meh but she makes for some cute/goofy photos.
That's the only thing _her spontaneous attitude, she's not particularly beautiful otherwise_ that set her apart from the other scene kids who just have the boring style.

You're right tangerine Andy Warhol would have liked her but he would have liked Paris Hilton as well so that ain't saying much.

i think cory is adorable. We should all be so confident when we have bruised legs or a big zit on our chin! She looks cute no matter what - and has a seemingly great attitude about taking this stuff as it comes.

I don't really get the whol 'scene' thing. To me everyone is of equal value regardless of their style, musical taste, friends, etc...

But any girl who can get her picture taken looking zoned out at the end of a night or with a huge spot on her chin, and still retain a smile, gets my vote. This girl is raw

This thread is awesome! I'm not really concerned about her parents,drinking etc.(considering i'm 16 myself and there's nothing out of the ordinary about it to me) but I just LOVE to see what she wears!

I have done some research but I still havn't found my answer. I went to visit thecobrasnake and it just had pictures posted of random people. noone I reconzied. So who is this Mark guy and why is he famous? and are cory's parents celebs or something?

-carme, i'll try to explain from my perspective:

mark hunter is a photographer, who started abit of a fad for photographing the LA party scene. his website (thecobrasnake) contains pictures of LA partiers. they are random because mark photographs whoever is at the parties.

some of these scene people show up again and again- notably Corey Kennedy. At one point, pretty much all the pages were 70% filled with corey pics.

The reason for this? she was an intern, and also dating Mark Hunter at the time. His photographs of her on thecobrasnake had the effect of making her famous(or perhaps F list) as people online created abit of a following for her.
