I don't think it's that bad, though I wish they weren't SO high, like maybe 1-2 inches over the knee, and without the lace.

Well I also think that the paps got the location wrong since it would be quite strange to go to school dressed in this way.Well I don't know how things in LA are but if i went like this to my school I would be expelled or something

But overall her outfit is quite nice for a day out ,minus the stockings

Her airport outfit is cute. Not a fan of her shoes though.

I was watching an old interview with Dakota from like 2003. She was really young (and adorable) and she still had this same hairstyle.
I wonder if she doesn't like her ears or something?

I was looking at a few older candids, and judging by her bags and the background, I think she is heading to school.

Seriously, if I walked into school wearing those stockings, I'd be sent home to change my outfit. And my school can be pretty chill when it comes to dressing.

She usually wears great jeans!! I don't like her platform shoes but her jeans and her knitted shirt (??don't know what it's called in english) look LOVELY

As for her latest school outfit, who knows what's going on. She's young, maybe she has a crush on someone she wants to impress or she has a group of girlfriends that just go through a phase of dressing like that

. Or she hates school and wants to rebel in some way. There could be a thousand reasons, but in general she doesn't seem to be the type to dress too slutty or anything.
