^I don't know. Dakota is 5'5" and Elle is taller than her. I would guess 5'8" or 5'9"

I think she's pretty good at dressing her age for events.
She never really wears makeup or anything risque.

It's just something about a 12/13 year old in heels and a short dress that is a little unsettling for me.

Dakota is only 5'3", but Elle is probably 5'6" - 5'7" now... I wonder if she'll stop growing, or if she'll end up being really tall. Right now she looks even taller than she is because she's grown so much recently.

^Oh. I got my info from imdb.com, so it's probably wrong. I thought Dakota seemed shorter.
Elle will probably keep growing until she's about 15. That's usually when girls reach their full height.

I love the way Elle dresses up for events! I don't think it comes off risque. If anything I think it truly showcases her love for fashion. Though she does look older, you quickly remember that she's 13 once she starts talking.

she looks beautiful but very mature, especially the heels. I think its not so much a bad reflection on her wearing high heels and short skirts etc to these events, the thing that upsets me is that she JUST turned 13, she looks stunning and LA ( and pretty much everywhere else) is full of really seedy people. I dont think anything is wrong with the way she looks but i know people will interpret it badly. I just worry about some of these young girls safety. But at least she has an older sister in the business and her parents don't seem to come across as show business types so hopefully people will look after her properly.
