I actually got kind of emotional at her Elle speech. Damn her! Why is she so good at that.
She really does deserve it though. She could have so easily gotten typecast in her post-Potter roles, but she's chosen such a variety of female characters to play that it seems almost impossible. Watching her as Lucy in "My Week With Marilyn" and as Sam in "Perks of Being a Wallflower" was really exhilarating. I've basically grown up watching her play Hermione, so it's really satisfying to see her moving on and doing so well. The same goes for all the other young Potter actors. They really all have been making such great choices with their careers.

I can't wait to see Emma in all her other upcoming films, "Noah," "The Bling Ring," "Beauty and the Beast," "End of the World," and "Your Voice in My Head." I'm so proud of her!!
