WAYNE Rooney made fiancée Coleen McLoughlin fall about laughing as he sang like Frank Sinatra at a charity bash.

He serenaded Coleen, 21, with the Sinatra classic “Let There Be Love” as he sat at their table – but although she found it very funny, he stole the show at the £200-a-head black-tie event.

The Manchester United and England striker, 21, quickly kicked his FA Cup disappointment into touch and his luck soon changed as he won a £2,000 necklace after paying £20 to find out what was in one of 70 boxes.

But he chipped in with lots of cash for the Five Star charity’s appeal for a new £1million scanner at Manchester Children’s Hospital. He offered his signed FA Cup Final shirt and boots for auction to raise £18,000.

A guest at The Belfry, Warks, said: “His singing voice was surprisingly good.”

Organised by telly hunk Max Beesley, 35, and Roo’s team-mate Ryan Giggs, 33, it raised a total of £200,000.

The Manchester United team drowned their sorrows last night after Chelsea beat them 1-0 to lift the FA Cup.at the new Wembley Stadium by boozing it up from 7.00-2.30 a.m. at a function held by team owner Malcolm Glazer at the Royal Lancaster hotel in London.

WAG goes in for Coleen sweep
COLEEN McLoughlin is all smiles after sweeping up goodies at the shops yesterday.

She even kept her cool when she was mobbed by Liverpool schoolkids on WEMBLEY Road.

Fiancé Wayne Rooney, 21, was focused on winning today’s FA Cup final at the new stadium in North London.

But Coleen, also 21, who was shopping with mum Colette, put in a heroic performance lugging home bags full of designer gear.

One onlooker said: “She had a big grin on her face as she walked along Wembley Road.”
