cheryl is always making annoying claims like this:

Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has dubbed the WAG lifestyle "degrading".

The pop singer, who is married to Chelsea and England defender Ashley Cole, admitted that she is "embarrassed" by the generation of girls whose sole ambition is to marry a wealthy footballer.

She told Q: "To be labelled as someone's wife I find very degrading as a woman. It's embarrassing and depressing when I hear kids say to me: 'I wanna be a WAG.' That's not a job.

"This generation is really having it pushed down their throat, that being a footballer's wife is the be all and end all. It's not. What if you get cheated on or beaten up? What are you going to do then? Stay there for the Chloé handbag? I don't think so."

Coleen's Death Threats
It seems Coleen McLoughlin has got her designer knicks in a twist. And it's all to do with those closest to her.

She's worried sick about her family and is begging them to move in with her and Wayne, until she can buy them a new homestead close to their Cheshire mansion.
But what's all the hullabaloo about?
Well, Col's revealed that her family have been on the receiving end of a hate campaign, that's apparently been going on for two years.


So now she wants to move the brood out of Liverpool.

Her fears have become heightened since the fatal shooting of Rhys Jones in Croxteth.

Col told told Now mag: "Lately there have been a few problems with gangs, but for an innocent 11-year-old to be shot dead is sickening.

"It's a lovely area and loads of my family and friends live there, so it's all the more shocking that something like this could happen."

And the threats that her own family have had are playing on her mind.

A source told the mag: "Locals used to look after their families, but since they moved to their Cheshire mansion, Coleen's family have been targeted by gangs.

"They've moved house once because of it, but now gun crime is a real worry.

"Coleen's a real mummy's girl and she's always going round for tea, but she doesn't feel safe any more."

It has been reported that only three weeks ago death threats were delivered to Col's parents' house.

And in June, vandals smeared the driveway in front of their house with a vicious message reading: "Die Rooney die" and "Fat Manc t**t".

Col's mum Colette said: "We've had trouble with yobs smashing up our cars and throwing things at the windows.

"Some very jealous people want to make our lives a misery.

"We still lived in the same family home until this year. When they smashed up our cars it was just too much to take."

'I'll never cook again,' vows Hell's Kitchen evictee Abigail Clancy

Abigail Clancy shed a few tears after being kicked off Hell's Kitchen last night, but it seems the model is quietly looking forward to returning to her glamorous WAG lifestyle.

Clancy, who dates Liverpool striker Peter Crouch, declared: "I'm never going to cook again, at least not for a while because I'm sick to death of food."

She told GMTV: "We worked for 17 hour days with only an hour break - I've never worked so hard in may life, and I don't intend to again!"

The 26-year-old also revealed she was initially frightened of Marco Pierre White, the notoriously hot tempered chef who hosts the ITV 1 series.

She said: "When I first arrived we had to line up and he kept staring me out, and he ignored me for the first few days - I was terrified!

Still, he eventually won her over. She added: "He was really nice and he helped us a
lot, he's fantastic at what he does - he's an amazing man."

Bridal sweet ... how Coleen might look

BRIDE-TO-BE COLEEN McLOUGHLIN has ordered a magnificent £20,000 dress for her wedding to England ace WAYNE ROONEY.

The 21-year-old WAG has set her heart on a one-off creation by top Spanish designer Manuel Mota for next summer’s ceremony.
Mota has created dresses for some of the world’s most high-profile celebrities. And excited Coleen decided on one of his handmade frocks after trying on samples during a two-hour VIP fitting session in Harrods last week.
She visited a branch of Barcelona bridal company Pronovias in the London store with her mum and close friends.
They sipped champagne as staff wowed them with frocks created by the world’s top bridal designers.
A pal said: “Coleen was in heaven trying on some of the prettiest clothes she’d seen. She looked stunning in each gown, but the ones by Manuel Mota stood out. She’s put in an order and is in the process of explaining her vision to Mota.”
The Spaniard recently spent 400 hours creating a strapless dress for PENNY LANCASTER’s marriage to Rod Stewart.

Coleen and Wayne, now 21, have been dating since 14 and got engaged in 2003 after he proposed at a petrol station. They have reportedly agreed a £1.5million mag deal for their wedding. Harrods refused to comment.

COLEEN'S WOBBLY BITS

COLEEN McLoughlin has revealed she is so out of shape her legs have gone wobbly.

The 21-year-old fiancée of football star Wayne Rooney, 21, said she had piled on the pounds.

She said: “I haven’t done any exercise for weeks. My legs have gone all wobbly.”

Last month Col denied claims that promotional pictures of her were airbrushed.

But she also admitted she ate “whatever she wanted” on her summer holiday.
