Owen a dad again

England striker Michael Owen was "walking on air" last night after becoming a father for the third time.
The Newcastle United star's wife, Louise Bonsall, gave birth to a girl on Monday.
The couple, both 27, already have a daughter Gemma, four, and son James, 21 months.
A club insider said Owen broke the news to team-mates at Newcastle United's training ground yesterday morning.

The source said: "There were handshakes all round. He said all went well and that mother and baby were doing fine.

"Everyone was really delighted for him. He was walking on air."
Owen met childhood sweetheart Louise at primary school in Hawarden, Flintshire, in 1984. They married in June 2005 at the Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire.
They own a house in Northumberland and a £1.6million Flintshire pad.

Football Wag Carly Zucker must have misread the calendar - she's picked the day before the Euro 2008 final for her wedding to fiance Joe Cole.

The fitness instructor, 23, aims to tie the knot with the England and Chelsea star on June 28 - even though Joe, 25, is still hoping for the miracle that England qualify.

A family friend said: "The last weekend in June is the one in the diary as the wedding date. But Joe says if the dream comes true and England make it to the final then obviously he'll have to change it." England's next game is versus Croatia at Wembley on November 21.

Coleen McLoughlin: 'I'm back on a diet because everyone thinks I'm pregnant'

Coleen McLoughlin says she's back on a Weight Watchers diet because she's tired with everyone thinking she's pregnant.

The 21-year-old fiancée of football ace Wayne Rooney insists that she's not expecting, and is now determined to shift the extra pounds she's put on.

She said: "There have been a lot of stories recently saying I'm pregnant - but I'm not - which is the reason that I started my Weight Watchers diet again last Monday!"

Coleen is famous for her ongoing efforts to maintain her figure, and has long been a fan of the weight loss program.

She has said: "I'm just a normal-shaped girl."

"I've got a bum and I've got hips but I've got a small waist so I emphasise that."

Coleen has been experimenting with her look in recent times.

She stepped out over the weekend with a frizzy Farrah Fawcett inspired hair do, but quickly drop the unpopular style after just one day.

She was back to her sleek self on Sunday when she hit the red carpet with Wayne in a flirty cobalt blue dress for a function in London.

Coleen looked stunning - and certainly not pregnant - as she waltzed down the red carpet at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, for an event to raise money for Unicef.

You had a good night out in London recently and met up with Jordan...
It was my birthday but I'd come to London for my friend's Gary's party and he introduced me to Katie. It's the first time I met her and we got on so well. She's really nice, isn’t she?

Will you two be out and about again soon?
Well we’ve kept in touch and we’ve been texting. I’ve actually booked a box for the Spice Girls in London in December and I’ve invited her to come along with me and some mates.

Spice Girls tickets? You lucky thing!
I know I’m made up that I got tickets-especially as they sold out in 30 seconds or something. It’s going to be the big Christmas night out with the girls. I actually can’t wait. I’m dead excited.

Have you seen them before?
I’ve never seen them live but I did love them when they were around before. The atmosphere is going to be amazing, I’m sure. And I read that Cavalli is designing all the stage outfits so I’m sure it’s going to look amazing.

Do you have a favourite Spice Girl?
I suppose it probably would have been Baby or Geri. But they are all really fab.

You went to the Golden Age of Couture party at the V&A recently- it looked like a star-studded night…
It was really amazing and it was so lovely to be invited by Elie Saab, who designed my wedding dress, and to wear a dress he had designed. I did get a bit star struck, though. When I arrived Kate Moss was there and then there were people like Elizabeth Hurley and Claudia Schiffer. It was really amazing.

Steven had a car incident recently, which must have been distressing for you both…
Yes it was really upsetting. Steven felt terrible, but luckily Jamie is fine and Steven was able to visit him and give him some presents, which cheered him up!

You’ve been hitched four months- how’s married life treating you?
I’m really enjoying it. I just can’t get used to calling Steven my husband, though. I’ll be booking a table at a restaurant or something like that and I’m still call him my boyfriend and then I’ll be like: ‘Oh no sorry, I mean my husband.’

You had a wedding video- have you watched it a lot?
We’ve watched it back a few times actually. I think everyone cringes when they see themselves. The thing that makes me laugh is that I didn’t feel like I was nervous when I was standing next to Steven at the altar but on the video I just can’t stop fidgeting. I’d a few tears before so I was obviously trying to distract myself so I didn’t get all teary again.

Steven’s been away quite a bit recently with England and playing for Liverpool- is that hard?
If he’s away for a couple of days that I don’t really mind because it gives me a chance to do my own bits and pieces. But when he’s away for a long time it really does drag, especially for the girls. They miss him loads.

Do the girls watch him play on TV?
I’ll put the football on if he’s playing and every time he comes on they’re like: “Look there’s Daddy!” It’s funny the other day Steven was being interviewed on TV and I was carrying Lexie and she was putting her hands out to the telly because she could see him. I though, God love ya. It was dead cute.

How it is having two girls?
At the beginning it was hard, but I’m so used to having the two now. It’s nice company for both of them, you know that they have each other. But it’s definitely a lot more work with two. I really like having two girls, though, because I always really wanted a sister when I was growing up.

Does Lilly still copy her mum?
Oh honestly, I can’t have anything for my own! When she wakes up in the morning she wants to put on my bracelets so she’ll be like: ‘Where are my bangles?’ She’s always in my things.

And how’s Lexie?
She’s dead cute. Lexie’s dead tough. She’s always trying to play with Lilly. It’s lovely to see.

Do you remember what life was like before you were a mum?
I feel like I’ve always had them now. Obviously you remember what it was like before but now there is always something happening and you can’t imagine them not being there. They’ll be tearing all over the house and all sorts and you’re just always keeping up with them.

You’re launching a fragrance very soon. Why did you decide to do that?
Well it’s every girl’s dream to have her own perfume and so when the opportunity came my way I decided to go for it. But I’ve been really involved with it. Everything is very me.

That must have taken quite a lot of time…
It has but I’ve really enjoyed being involved in the whole process. From going to the factory and choosing the scent to working out what bottle we wanted and the flocking design for the packaging. It’s been hard work but so much fun- I’m just excited about seeing it in the shops now. I don’t actually think I’ll believe it till I see it.

So what’s next- your own fashion range?
Oh my God, I’d love to have my own fashion range of clothes. Just something really casual like daywear with skinny jeans and stuff like that.

What are you going to be buying for your autumn/winter wardrobe?
I like all the patent leather stuff that’s around at the moment. I’ve bought a patent leather Biba mac already. And I love the Alexander McQueen stuff because it’s dead sexy!
