Shady ladies hit Paris catwalk

WHILE husband DAVID was in Sierra Leone as part of his role as Unicef ambassador, VICTORIA BECKHAM has been in Paris doing what she does best - posing at a fashion bash.
The leggy Spice Girl joined model pals CLAUDIA SCHIFFER and DITA VON TEESE in the French capital for the launch of Roland Mouret Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2008 collection.
But while Claudia and Dita grinned for the cameras, Victoria never let her trademark pout slip.

Chelsea stars celebrate win by partying at Mayfair nightclub until 4.30am
Chelsea manager Avram Grant look away now - his star players John Terry and Frank Lampard were snapped in a sports car with no seatbelts on.

The pair were spotted at 4.30am yesterday leaving the Mayfair nightspot in Berkeley Street, after celebrating their club's 1-0 win over Birmingham on Saturday. But neither of the top-flight stars actually played in the latest Premiership match due to injuries.

They were joined at the swish members' club - where they would have had no problem in satisfying the minimum spend per table of £350 - by Frank's fiancée Elen Rives. But while Elen left the club bright eyed, Frank struggled to keep his eyes open in the car.
The engaged couple seem to have patched up differences in their relationship after a going through a rocky patch in the summer.
Rives removed her engagement ring in July after tabloid reports claimed Lampard had cheated on her with a woman in Las Vegas.

Coleen McLoughlin can't wait for wedding
She's famous for her love of designer outfits but when Coleen McLoughlin goes on a serious shopping trip, there's one person she leaves at home - her fiance, Manchester United star Wayne Rooney.





"I don't think Wayne takes much interest in what I wear," she laughs."I don't take him shopping with me. I think girls are better at that. It's my mum I listen I trust her advice."
In fact, the last time Wayne did offer his fashion advice he told Coleen he thought her bum looked big in her Juicy Couture tracksuits. I still wear them because they're comfortable but only the darker colours!" she grins.
We're perched on plastic chairs, in a back room in the Lowry Hotel in Manchester. For a woman who is photographed every time she walks out her front door, she's surprisingly shy.
Throughout our interview the 21-year-old plays nervously with the walnut-sized diamond on her engagement finger - at one point tugging the £25,000 sparkler so vigorously, she accidentally flings it under a nearby table.

Coleen and Wayne's June wedding will no doubt be a lavish affair - and for the past few weeks she has been scouring Europe looking for the perfect venue.
Like most young couples, Wayne and Coleen have had their ups and downs but, having met the England star when she was 15, Coleen understands him better than anyone.
After a four-year engagement - he proposed in a garage forecourt - she is excited about finally walking down the aisle. "I can't wait," she grins. "It's the biggest day of your life.
I am still in the process of sorting it out. There's a lot to do." There have been reports that Coleen, who is a size 10, is trying to lose weight to look extra svelte in her wedding dress. But she won't be following the latest faddy diet. Instead, she'll be visiting her local WeightWatchers group.
"If I've put a bit of weight on, to get back on track I'll go to WeightWatchers and follow that diet. I have lost a few pounds," she says.
Does she not find the public weigh-ins terrifying? "No," she laughs. "Because it's where I grew up and I know loads of people there.
"I try to go to the gym three times a week for about two hours each time but it doesn't always happen. I do cardio work and I like Pilates.
"I suppose every woman has hang-ups. I'm curvy. I have to pick what I eat. I'm only 5ft 3in, so I'd like to be taller with longer legs.
"You always want to lose a few pounds or tone up a bit more but I'm a confident person."
But then that's why the public likes Coleen. In the image-obsessed WAG world, she remains down to earth. It annoys Coleen, who gained 10 GCSEs, when footballers' wives and girlfriends are laughed at for not being very bright.
"I think they're just an easy target," she says. "A lot of them have been to university and have degrees. I can't speak on behalf of them but the wives and girlfriends are all individuals - that's why I don't like the term WAG. Because we're not a group of people that go around together all the time. We're all individuals who happen to be footballers' partners."
Coleen, who grew up in a council house in Croxteth, Merseyside, is now so famous her brand doesn't even need a surname. There's a bestselling book, fitness DVD, a magazine column, a contract for George @ Asda clothing and even her own signature perfume - as well as a style bible and children's books in the pipeline.
And now she's about to make one of her biggest career moves - fronting her own ITV2 programme, Coleen's Real Women. The show follows her search to find naturally beautiful women to be the faces of major brands. Was she nervous about launching a TV career?
"At first," she nods. "I'd been given the idea but I'd never done a full show before so I didn't know what to expect. But everyone knew it was my first big project so they were really lovely."
Some have already tipped Coleen as the new Cilla Black. But it's a suggestion she's quick to shrug off.
"The show isn't really presented," she says. "I just chat to the girls and stuff. So I don't know if presenting is something I should do. I'd have to think about that." The truth is that she doesn't need to work. Wayne - who was earning just £60 a week when they got together - is said to be worth £15million. When just 16, Coleen revealed in her school yearbook she planned on being "famous and living a life of luxury". She's clearly ambitious. "Yeah, but if you look at some of the things I've done, who would turn those things away?" she shrugs.
Coleen was just a puffa jacket-wearing schoolgirl when she was propelled into the spotlight for dating the budding footballer. She admits the attention was hard at first. "When I was first criticised, I took it a bit more to heart," Coleen says. "I was only young and used to think 'Why did they say that?' But now it doesn't bother me because there's so much rubbish in the media.
"According to some newspapers I've been pregnant about 20 times. When that happens we just say 'oh, I've got one in the oven again'. Because it's just one of those things that have been said that many times you think 'aarrgh'."
Coleen, who lives with Wayne in a mansion in Cheshire, still visits her parents most days and hangs out with the friends she grew up with.
"There's nothing wrong with having celebrity friends," Coleen says. "Trust is a big thing when you're meeting new friends. You don't know whether they're just being friends with you because of who you are. I think that's why you see a lot of relationships between celebrities - because they can trust each other."
In the showy celeb world, Coleen remains remarkably... conservative. "I'm not really one for flashing lots of flesh," she says. "I don't really suit short or low-cut things.
"Wayne likes me best when I'm in casual stuff and looking natural. When I'm at home I'll have my tracksuit on, with my hair scraped back.
"I don't really wear any make-up. I think if you got dressed up every day it wouldn't be as exciting as when you have a big night out and go through the whole process of getting your hair and make-up done. If I did that every day, I'd get bored."
Coleen is modest about what the future holds but admits she'd like to act. "It's something I've wanted to do since I was at school," she says.
So what's next - a role in a Hollywood film perhaps? "I wouldn't want to aim that high," she smiles. "But I love all the dramas that are on TV and would like to be in one..."
But for all her career moves - and her new show will undoubtedly be the start of yet more opportunities - Coleen has spoken openly about wanting to have lots of children. And she can't hide the fact she is a homebody.
"I missed Wayne while I was away filming this show," she confides. "I was away for about three weeks and I'm used to being at home all the time."
At that, she looks down shyly.
It's a reminder that, in this whirlwind of fame, she's still a Liverpool lass at heart. You only hope she'll never lose that.
COLEEN'S STYLE TIPS
1 Don't follow the crowd - people think you have to wear ankle boots be cause they're in fashion but I tend to dress for myself.
2 Never wear a short skirt with high heels - that's obvious.
3 Emphasise your best parts - I'm curvy but I only have a little waist so I tend to wear things that show that off.
4 Test things out - I've had fashion disasters, like those yellow moon boots. But I still like to experiment.
5 You can't please everyone - there have been times I've gone out and the pictures have been everywhere. Half say it looked nice and half say it looked horrible!

Charlotte Mears reveals all about her crazy life with England soccer ace Jermain

STUNNING Charlotte Mears reveals the incredible truth about her fabulous life as a WAG—and how it all came crashing down when love rat England star Jermain Defoe dumped her.

It was a fairytale romance. The former £6,000-a-year holiday rep was hard up and trying to make it as a beauty queen when she first dated the £35,000-a-week Spurs striker.

Within a few months she was SHARING his £3million mansion, DRIVING his flash motors, COSYING up to new celebrity pals and SPLASHING £200,000 on a kitchen!
The pair planned a dream summer wedding complete with 5ft ice sculpture of their interlocked initials. "Yes, I was very privileged," she sighed.
But in November Jermain, 25, broke it off and traded 22-year-old Charlotte in for a new model, pin-up Danielle Lloyd.

In an exclusive interview, Charlotte admitted she was so devastated she needed THERAPY to recover—plus £4,000 worth of new boobs!
The surgery blew the last of the cash left from her two years with Jermain. But she insisted she is RELIEVED to be shot of her lavish life and back to being almost penniless.
Charlotte said: "I don't see it like Danielle is now living my dream. That was my life, this is my life now and I'm moving on.
"I hated the WAG label because it didn't show me as a person, just a thing. WAG implies you don't do anything with your life and live off your partner. That's just not me. I've always worked and earned my own money. There was no difference between me and an ordinary girl."
No difference except her lover RAKED in £5,000 a day, SPLURGED £63,000 on her engagement ring and FORKED OUT a staggering £40,000 on her 100 pairs of designer shoes!
She grinned: "But I had to be careful with my Christian Louboutin stilettos. I couldn't go too high because Jermain was quite little."
Despite her protests Charlotte fitted the glitzy jetsetting WAG stereotype.
She said: "The most amazing trip we had was to Anguilla and St Barts in the Caribbean. First-class tickets all the way."




While Jermain (she calls him Jem) drove around in an £110,000 DB9 Aston Martin Vantage, Charlotte (he calls her Lots) swanned around in his Range Rover 4x4 complete with blacked-out windows. "But I gave that back when we split," she added. "Now I drive a Hyundai."
Recalling how they met in September 2005 at an exhibition Charlotte told us: "It was very serious very quickly and we knew straight away we'd be together.
"Jem was very loving, caring and funny. We had so much in common. We had a laugh all the time and loved chilling out together. We were the perfect match. I wasn't a football fan, I was a Jermain fan. I loved watching him play."
In July 2006 Charlotte sealed her position as an official WAG by moving into Jermain's luxury home in Hertfordshire.
"It was built from scratch for Jem and me," she said. "We chose it but he bought it."
Despite being unable to cook Charlotte quickly convinced Jermain to spend an extra £200,000 on a state-of-the-art kitchen.
It had SIX ovens, TWO dishwashers, TWO wine coolers holding 132 bottles each, a FOUR-FEET WIDE fridge and TWO 42-inch TVs.

But Charlotte confessed: "Until then I never cooked and ate a lot of Pot Noodles. I wasn't very good at following recipes but managed spaghetti and lasagne.
" I found the equipment difficult to operate, though. I'd picked all this hi-tech stuff but I couldn't work anything. It was all touch-screen and all I wanted to do was turn an old-fashioned button.
"Sometimes I couldn't even turn the hotplate on and ended up breaking my manicured nails. It wound me up."

But one time Charlotte was glad not to eat came the week before the engagement party last February— when she tried on a £2,500 Dolce & Gabbana dress that did not fit. "When I saw that dress I thought ‘Oh my God, I love it' but there was only one and it was a bit small for me," she recalled.
"I was in the changing room going, ‘Do it up Jem, do it up!' and he was saying, ‘I can't, Lots, it won't go!' I insisted, ‘It will, it will!'—but it wouldn't.
"So I told the shop to hold on to it for a week then ate nothing but salad and water and went to the gym loads. When we went back seven days later it did up. But I was in a total state right up to the party, worrying whether it would still fit. Afterwards I went out and ate a double hamburger and chips!"
The most expensive gift Jermain ever bought Charlotte was her £63,000 diamond engagement ring. He presented it to her over a romantic Valentine's Day meal last year at the swanky Brocket Hall hotel after booking an entire section of the restaurant at a cost of £10,000.
"It was the best day of my life, so romantic," she said. "The ring is perfect, it was so big on my finger.
"I've still got it. I keep it at home in a safe place but I'd never wear it now, it's just a souvenir of the time I had with Jem."
On Thursday Charlotte got a poignant reminder of those free-spending days before the big split—Channel 4 screened a millionaire version of A Place In The Sun showing her and Jermain bidding to snap up a £2million Majorca holiday home.
It brought memories flooding back. Like the times she rubbed shoulders with big names in exotic surroundings—particularly the Beckhams' World Cup bash in May 2006 at their Beckingham Palace home.
"That was the best party ever," said Charlotte. "It was surreal being surrounded by stars. I loved meeting Sharon Osbourne, a real inspiration. And Posh was so nice."
But Charlotte insists it wasn't the glamorous times but the quiet, private moments that mattered most.

"We did normal things like shopping, going to the gym, watching telly," she said. "Our favourite was to pop down the local Nando's for a peri-peri chicken then catch a movie. But our dream night was an evening in, cuddling up on the sofa."
Sadly for Charlotte, she wasn't the only one Jermain loved cuddling.
Shop girl Claire Chidley told how he romped with her last April at her parents' home in Bishop's Stortford, Herts, and Spurs' team hotel in nearby Cheshunt. In July he started a four-month affair with Charlotte lookalike Rachel Cameron.
Charlotte admitted: "It's tough being a WAG when girls throw themselves at your man. Now he's with Danielle. I'd like to think that he wasn't seeing her before we finished but I just don't know. It's been a difficult couple of months for me.
"I've been doing a lot of self-therapy, not counselling but stuff that makes me feel good about myself.
"Now as well as modelling I'm going into interior design. I'm looking to the future and my boob job—from 32C to 32DD—was part of that. I wanted to boost my confidence.
"It was my Christmas present to me and I feel sexier than ever."
