Freida Pinto is flirty and feminine in new photoshoot... but admits she wants to play a role which 'kicks a**'

She shot to fame as the love interest in Slumdog Millionaire and can soon be seen playing a similarly feminine character in Woody Allen's upcoming romance You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger.
But now Freida Pinto has revealed she is desperate to play a harder type of role who 'kicks ***'.
The 25-year-old actress made the admission in the November issue of Britain's InStyle m
She said: 'I keep playing the damsel in distress. But I’d like to kick some ***!'
Freida, who is dating her Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel, also revealed she soon realised she shouldn't get too nervous on set, despite being a relative newcomer to the industry.
She added to InStyle magazine: 'This was my third film, so I was worried I was the only one with a lot to learn.
'But when I met people like Anthony Hopkins who were feeling pretty nervous, I realised everyone is intimidated to work with a legend.'
Since becoming famous through Danny Boyle's multiple Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire, Freida and Dev have become one of Hollywood hottest couples.
And while they have both admitted they are enjoying their new-found celebrity status, Dev revealed recently he sometimes struggles with certain rumours that are reported - such as him and Freida getting engaged.
Recalling how even his mother rang to ask if the news was true, Dev said recently: 'I was like, Mum, "I honestly didn't [get engaged] - trust me.
"Nothing's happened. Everything is absolutely fine. I'm just shooting a film."
'My mum will go to work and [have to] explain to everyone why they have written that her son is going to get engaged and got a wedding ring, and how it's all just not true.'
But despite not having any plans to walk down the aisle, Dev said he is more in love than ever with his Indian-born girlfriend.
He added: 'She's very inspiring to me and just great support. She's a great friend and amazing.'
