^^^Slutty debutante because it's kind of like those girls that want a 'label' dress for a formal/prom/event but choose something that shows as much cleavage as possible, cake on the makeup, fake tan and too much eyeliner and just look...cheap.
The words "classy but sexy" usually come out of their mouths when they describe their outfit. Too much My Super Sweet Sixteen for me!!!

why is Serena always wearing that checked skirt? She wore it in the 1st season and it appears that she'd wear it in the new season as well...

i think they have different skirts

i know at the private school here they have different outfits for the girls to wear.
