can someone ID the blouse that blair is wearing in tonight's episode (the blackout) when she goes to rufus' gallery to talk to nate and vanessa? it's sleeveless, cream colored, silk and has a little bow detail at the neck?

FYI, H&M has coloured tights basically all colours of the rainbow for 4.90 (this is canadian dollars) in divided. I also picked up a headband with a big black bow on it (almost exactly like the one Blair wore in Victor/Victrola except black obviously) for about six bucks!

I loved this whole outfit! The pale blue skirt was so sweet too. Definitely one of my favourite looks of this season.

yeah i loved it too! it was just too sweet and adorable- kind of preppy but in the sweetest possible way.

i'd love an id on the eggshell blue skirt- it looked slightly poufy and the pleats seemed to spiral in a McQueenish way

actually that whole outfit was pure love- from the perky ponytail to the tiny bow/tuxedo detail
