THe dress and shoes are FUG. THe color does suit her, but the cut and the length does not. THe dress is way too short for her.
And I totally agree CUT THE HAIR ALREADY.

Why is everyone complaining about her hair? I think it looks great. That's the best thing about her look. The dress just isn't 'her'.

I really don't like the dress, the shoes or the awful duster. She actually looks ridiculous and needs a haircut. She does look pregnant, though! Don't mean to hate on her, but when your favorite style icon stops being stylish a lot of the time, it's tough to take :-(.
