i've never heard Gwyneth say she didn't work out.
 half of the candid pics in this thread are either of her leaving a yoga studio or Madonna's private gym. it's not as if she kept her workouts a huge secret ...  she has also been very open about her diet, which plays even bigger part in maintaining a proper figure than exercising. |

I don't want to be totally off topic here but I just thought I'd mention...after I saw the Oprah segment I was convinced I had to buy the Tracy Anderson DVDs, but after googling her name a lot of legal issues came up with her & her former studios (that have since closed down)...she seems super sketchy and Gwyneth seems pretty gullable with health hooplah (cupping anyone?).
Of course, after seeing the Oprah clip, I'll probably cave and buy her DVDs  Has anyone tried them? Also, I love Gwyneths workout clothes! Fab! |

cupping is a technique used often in traditional chinese medicine as well as many other cultures and healing traditions that have been around for centuries....it has been traced back to the ancient greeks...so i'd hardly call it health 'hooplah' or say someone is gullable for believing in the process...
